Clients are advised to notify OD's Mini Celebrations as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their booking. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, preparation stage, customized items, materials purchased, and arrangements already made for the event. Payments made for confirmed bookings, customized orders, or completed services may be non-refundable.
